Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:  Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Guam, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Latin America, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, South Africa, South America, Switzerland, Thailand, U.S. Virgin Islands, UAE, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Please note that the above-stated countries may apply custom fees upon arrival. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Windanearth is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you wish to import our goods to a country not mentioned above, we recommend that you consult with your local authorities regarding import and customs requirements. Import requirements for the countries listed above are subject to change without notice.

Windanearth is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties and taxes, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, last-minute requirements for local and/or personal import licenses, phytosanitary or related certificates that may be demanded by your local customs authorities or shipping carrier before or after the destination arrival, without exceptions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you are experiencing any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@windanearth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you are having your package delivered to a P.O. Box, United States Postal Service MUST be used as the carrier.  Do not choose UPS as the carrier if you are shipping to a P.O. Box.

UPS – as a general rule – will not deliver any packages, any parcels, or any deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes.

UPS has written explicitly on their website that they only ever accept shipments that are addressed to real, valid, and verifiable street addresses.

Windanearth is not responsible for delays, inconveniences, or charges related to packages shipped to P.O. Boxes using UPS as a carrier.

Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses

Please make certain your “shipping address" is correct and complete before placing your order. If you just realized that your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at info@windanearth.com ASAP with your order # and updated address.  You must inform us of your address change within 8 hours of placing your order.   If you need to make a change after this 8 hour window has expired you will need to cover the cost of a new shipment.

If you need to make a change to your address after 24 hours from placing your order, unfortunately your package is already in transit and changes cannot be made.  Unfortunately, there's no way for Windanearth to recover the mailed order.  USPS/UPS will not give us refunds or do returns for this type of incorrect or incomplete address situation. Windanearth is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and refunds cannot be issued. We strongly recommend contacting USPS or UPS customer support ASAP to find any options they may have available to help rerouting your package and/or making delivery changes.

 

Common Postal Office Issues

It does happen that packages get lost or delayed by the carrier.  Please note that Windanearth is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier.  First class packages and parcel select packages do not come with insurance.  Priority Mail and all UPS shipments come with $100 insurance.  If you desire insurance for your package, choose Priority Mail or UPS.

Sometimes a package is marked as delivered by USPS but ends up actually delivered the next day or the day after.  Also, your postal carrier might have put your package in your neighbor’s mailbox by accident, you may want to check with your neighbor or, if possible, in your neighbor’s mailbox.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders under $100 except items on sale can be returned/exchanged for a full refund minus the shipping costs for the return, within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

Item(s) returned/exchanged must be unused and in its original condition

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@windanearth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.

Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.

Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at info@windanearth.com.

Returns with a company provided label

Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return;

Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.

Seal the package.  Secure the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Returns without company provided label

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Windanearth is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.

Return Policy for International Orders

All orders under $100 except items on sale can be returned/exchanged for a full refund minus the shipping costs for the return, within 30 days of being delivered (delivery date is provided by the carrier), with proof of purchase.

International customers must cover shipping expenses in order to return their products to the US.

Windanearth will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination, cost-free.

Returns for exchanges will be charged a shipping fee.

Items under final sale or clearance may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation

If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed) for a full refund.

 

Special sales and promo codes

You can only use one promo code per order. Special sales are set within a specific timeframe and will only apply to orders placed in that timeframe/schedule.
